Trina Solar

Trina Solar is an advocate and major promoter of 210mm large-size silicon wafers. Its Vertex series modules use 210mm silicon wafers, with a single-panel power of more than 670W (72-piece version), reducing BOS (balance of system cost) by about 6-9%. In large ground power stations, it saves 0.02-0.03 yuan/W in bracket and cable costs compared to 182mm modules. It is deeply adapted to mainstream inverters (such as Huawei and SMA) to ensure system stability. The laboratory efficiency exceeds 25.5%, and the mass production efficiency is above 24.5%; the attenuation in the first year is ≤1%, and the linear attenuation rate is ≤0.4%/year (PERC modules are usually 0.45%); the bifaciality rate is 80%+, suitable for highly reflective environments (such as snow and deserts)
